  • 12 pieces Brussels Sprouts Fresh is ideal; frozen can substitute.
For the Dip
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Feel free to use Greek yogurt or vegan mayo.
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar Opt for aged, dark balsamic vinegar.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside 12 toothpicks.
  2. Wrap one slice of bacon around a Brussels sprout, securing it with a toothpick. Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes until bacon is golden and sprouts are fork-tender.
  4. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and balsamic vinegar. Mix until smooth.
  5. Transfer the sprouts to a platter while hot and serve with the balsamic dip on the side.
