Method
 

Steps to Prepare
  1. Pat the boneless, skinless chicken breasts dry and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. In three shallow dishes, combine flour, spices, and salt in the first; beat the eggs in the second; and mix panko with seasoning in the third.
  3. Dredge each seasoned breast in the flour, dip into the egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the coated chicken on a greased rack or baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the chicken for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Whisk together melted butter, honey, cayenne pepper, and a pinch of salt until smooth for honey butter.
  7. Once the chicken is baked, brush tops with honey butter.
  8. Spread ranch dressing on buns, layer in chicken, and top with shredded lettuce.
