  • Maggi Seasoning Optional; soy sauce is a good alternative.

How to Make Chicken Soup
  1. Layer Ingredients: Place the chicken fillets at the bottom of your slow cooker. On top, add all the chopped vegetables, except for the zucchini.
  2. Add Stock: Pour the chicken stock over the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to suit your taste.
  3. Cooking Time: For a multi-cooker, set it on low for 2 hours. For a traditional slow cooker, set it to low for 6-8 hours.
  4. Add Zucchini: Halfway through cooking, stir in chopped zucchini and optional soy sauce.
