How to Make Cranberry and Brie Filo Crackers
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the thawed filo sheets into 36 square pieces, approximately 5cm x 5cm.
  3. Brush each square with melted butter; add a slice of brie, a teaspoon of cranberry sauce, and some almond flakes at one end.
  4. Roll each square gently to form crackers, pinching the ends to seal.
  5. Arrange the rolled crackers on the prepared baking trays. Brush with any remaining melted butter and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.

  7. Garnish with fresh rosemary leaves or chives if desired before serving.
