How to Make Parmesan Mashed Potatoes
- Peel and cut your potatoes into even-sized chunks. Place them in a large pot of salted water and boil until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Once cooked, drain the potatoes well and return them to the pot. Mash until smooth.
- Gently incorporate the cream cheese, sour cream, butter, salt, and black pepper into the mashed potatoes.
- Carefully fold in the Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer the potato mixture into a greased baking dish, smoothing the top.
- If making ahead, cover the dish and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 30-40 minutes.
