  • 1 Egg Acts as a binder; use flax egg for vegan
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Substitute with dairy-free cheese for vegan
  • 1 cup Pork Rind Panko Use regular panko if not following keto
  • 1 cup Crumbled Bacon Substitute with cooked mushrooms or tempeh bacon
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Green Onions Chives can work as a substitute
  • 1 tsp Seasoned Salt Can swap for sea salt and other spices

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Steam the frozen cauliflower, allow it to cool, and wring out excess moisture.
  3. Pulse the dry cauliflower in a food processor until it resembles small pieces.
  4. Combine the cauliflower, egg, shredded cheddar cheese, pork rind panko, green onions, crumbled bacon, and seasoned salt in a mixing bowl. Stir well.
  5. Scoop and shape the mixture into tot forms and place them on a silicone-lined baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops with cooking oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the tots are lightly browned.
  7. For air frying, preheat to 390°F (199°C) and cook for 4-5 minutes.
