Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease two 10-ounce ramekins with olive oil.
  2. Blend the oats in a high-speed blender briefly until they are somewhat broken down.
  3. Add the oat milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and applesauce to the blender; blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Mix in the baking powder and pinch of sea salt; blend until everything is fully incorporated.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips by hand; reserve a few for topping later.
  6. Divide the batter evenly into the greased ramekins and top with any leftover chocolate chips.
  7. Bake for 23–28 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
