Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar to prepare the crust. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and eggs, mixing well to create the filling.
  3. Gently fold in pineapple, orange juice, and zest into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour cheesecake filling over the prepared crust. Use a knife to create swirls with the batter.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (163°C) for approximately 60 minutes, until center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Let cheesecake cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Before serving, garnish with additional pineapple and orange slices for freshness.
