Method
 

Basic Instructions

  2. Whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl.
  3. Cut the chicken thighs into 1-inch pieces and marinate them in the sauce for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Chop the broccoli and red bell pepper, then toss them with vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the marinated chicken and seasoned vegetables in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender-crisp.
  7. Broil for an additional 1-2 minutes to achieve caramelization.
