  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped; can substitute with dried parsley.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Adjust based on preference.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper Customize to taste.
For the Cheesy Goodness
  • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded; can use dairy-free mozzarella.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated; Asiago can be used or omit.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
  3. Mix unsalted butter and minced garlic in a bowl until combined.
  4. Stir in fresh parsley, salt, and black pepper into the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Spread the garlic butter evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over both halves, followed by the grated Parmesan.
  7. Place the prepared bread on a baking sheet with cut sides up.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Broil for 1-2 minutes to lightly brown the cheese, watching closely to prevent burning.
  10. Cool for a minute, then slice and serve warm.
