How to Make Green Rice Casserole
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine your cooked rice, ricotta cheese, sour cream, and garlic. Stir gently to blend and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the spinach, chopped bell pepper, and scallions until everything is beautifully combined.
