Method

How to Make Guacamole Breakfast Sandwich
  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the bacon strips to the skillet, cooking until crispy and golden brown (about 3-4 minutes) and drain excess fat, keeping 1 tablespoon in the skillet.
  3. Crack the eggs directly into the skillet, cooking until the whites are set and yolks remain runny (around 2-3 minutes). Season with salt and pepper, place American cheese on top for the last 30 seconds of cooking.
  4. Spread unsalted butter on each slice of sourdough bread, then toast in the skillet until golden and crispy (approximately 2-3 minutes).
  5. On one slice of bread, layer the guacamole, followed by bacon and cheesy eggs. Top with the other slice.
  6. Cut the sandwich in half and serve while warm.
