  • 2 cups Strawberries quartered
  • 1 cup Crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sliced almonds

Preparation
  1. Add the fresh basil leaves, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper into a small food processor or blender. Process for 30 seconds to 1 minute until you achieve a smooth, vibrant green vinaigrette.

  3. Scatter the quartered strawberries, crumbled feta cheese, and sliced almonds evenly over the spinach.
