Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease four holes of an extra-large muffin pan or a loaf pan.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, parmesan cheese, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl until frothy.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the greased muffin cups or loaf pan; bake for 10-12 minutes until puffed and set.
  4. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; then drain on paper towels.
  5. Slice the ciabatta rolls in half and arrange them cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  6. Assemble by placing one egg round on each bun bottom, then top with a slice of gouda and crispy bacon.
  7. Broil the assembled sandwiches until the cheese melts if serving immediately. To freeze, simply top each with the bun's top, wrap individually, and place in the freezer.
