How to Make Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cake
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (177 degrees Celsius).
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl; combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cardamom, and sugar.
- Combine the wet ingredients by adding the eggs and avocado oil to the dry mixture; stir until fully incorporated.
- Chop and add the fresh strawberries to the batter, then gently stir them in.
- Prepare your baking pan by lining a 9-inch x 9-inch pan with parchment paper and spraying it with oil.
