Ingredients
  

For the Chocolate Coating
  • 12 oz Milk Chocolate or dark chocolate for a richer taste
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil for smoother consistency
For the Filling
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter natural preferred
  • 1/2 cup Butter softened; can be substituted with coconut oil
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar or confectioners' sugar

Method
 

Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, softened butter, and powdered sugar. Stir until thoroughly blended.
  2. Scoop the mixture into tree-shaped cookie cutters on a parchment-lined tray. Press down firmly and freeze for about 60 minutes until firm.
  3. Melt the chocolate gently in a double boiler or microwave, stirring frequently. Add a teaspoon of coconut oil if needed.
  4. Remove the frozen trees from the cookie cutters. Dip each tree into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  5. Refrigerate the dipped trees for about 60 minutes until the chocolate sets.
