  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Can swap with yogurt or avocado.

Method
 

How to Make Club Croissants
  1. Slice the croissants in half lengthwise, creating a top and bottom half for your sandwich.
  2. Spread desired amounts of mayonnaise and mustard on each half.
  3. Layer two slices of turkey, two slices of honey ham, and one slice of pepper-jack cheese on the bottom halves.
  4. Microwave the croissant halves in pairs for about 15 seconds or until the cheese starts to melt.
  5. Add two slices of bacon on top of the melted cheese, followed by lettuce and tomato.
  6. Close the sandwiches with the top halves and serve immediately.
