  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
For the Creamy Filling
  • 1 cup cashew cream blend soaked cashews
  • 1 cup powdered sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Coating
  • 1 cup chopped nuts cashews or almonds
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder optional

Method
 

How to Make Silvanas
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted unsalted butter, stirring until well blended. Press this mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish to form a solid base.
  2. In a blender, combine soaked cashews, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread the creamy cashew mixture evenly over the prepared crumb base in the baking dish.
  4. Place the dish in the refrigerator and allow the Silvanas to chill for at least 2 hours.
  5. Slice into squares or rectangles and roll each piece in chopped nuts.
  6. Dust the top with cocoa powder for extra flavor before serving.
