How to Make Silvanas
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted unsalted butter, stirring until well blended. Press this mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish to form a solid base.
- In a blender, combine soaked cashews, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the creamy cashew mixture evenly over the prepared crumb base in the baking dish.
- Place the dish in the refrigerator and allow the Silvanas to chill for at least 2 hours.
- Slice into squares or rectangles and roll each piece in chopped nuts.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder for extra flavor before serving.
