How to Make Turkey Taco Bowl
  1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked, fluff with a fork and mix in lime juice and cilantro.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and chipotle pepper, sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in ground turkey, seasoning with chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Squeeze the remaining lime juice over the turkey mixture before removing it from the heat.
  5. Layer a scoop of rice into each bowl, top with turkey mixture and your choice of toppings.
  6. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
