Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather all ingredients.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, oil, and water. Stir until well blended.
  3. Pour one tablespoon of the cake batter into each cupcake liner placed in a cupcake pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely on a wire rack.
  5. Press a scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream onto each cupcake, spreading to cover the top.
  6. Cover the pan with foil or plastic wrap and freeze overnight until the ice cream is firm.
  7. Peel away the cupcake liners and drizzle with Magic Shell or melted chocolate, quickly sprinkle chocolate shavings on top.
  8. Serve immediately or store back in the freezer until ready to serve.
