Preparation Steps
  1. Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.

  3. Add the shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Let it sit for 15-30 minutes.
  4. Thread the marinated shrimp and pineapple chunks onto the soaked skewers alternately.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Serve arranged over cilantro lime rice and garnish with fresh cilantro.
