- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) so it’s hot and ready for your delicious pie!
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced bell peppers and minced garlic, sautéing for 3-5 minutes until the peppers are tender and the garlic is fragrant. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peeled and deveined fresh shrimp, sautéed vegetables, chopped green onions, salt, black pepper, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and fresh lemon juice. Mix until well incorporated.
- In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and large eggs until smooth. Gently fold in your shrimp mixture until it’s all combined beautifully.
- Lay the pre-made pie crust in your pie dish. Pour the creamy shrimp filling evenly into the crust, spreading it gently for even cooking.
- If you’d like an extra flavor punch, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the filling before baking.
- Place your assembled pie in the preheated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes. It’s done when the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, allow the pie to cool for 10-15 minutes, making slicing a breeze and letting the flavors meld.
- Before serving, feel free to sprinkle with fresh parsley for a pop of color and a hint of freshness!
