Preparation Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Flatten the chicken breasts using a meat mallet until they’re of even thickness.
- Season the chicken generously with salt and pepper.
- Brush both sides of the chicken with olive oil.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Top the chicken with Swiss cheese in the last minute of grilling to melt.
- Rest the grilled chicken for about 5 minutes before slicing.
- Toast the brioche buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix Dijon mustard and mayonnaise and spread on the cut sides of the buns.
- Assemble the sandwich with lettuce, tomato, grilled chicken, ham, and the top bun.
- Melt butter in a skillet and toast the sandwiches on both sides until golden brown.
