Making the Dish
- In a 4-6 quart slow cooker, add the beef broth, tamari sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Whisk together until smooth.
- Toss in the bite-sized pork sirloin pieces, stirring well to coat.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to low heat. Cook for 3-4 hours.
- After cooking, remove the lid and turn the slow cooker to high. Mix the cornstarch and water to create a slurry and add to the slow cooker.
- Gently fold in the broccoli and cover, cooking on high for an additional 30 minutes.
