How to Make Sheet Pan Chicken and Sausage Bake
  1. When purchasing the chicken, kindly have the butcher cut it into 10 pieces.
  2. In a small bowl or liquid measuring cup, mix the seasonings, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil together until well blended.
  3. Add all of the ingredients including chicken, sausage, quartered lemons, and garlic into a plastic bag or a glass bowl and let them mingle overnight.
  4. Make sure to mix the ingredients well in the bag, then seal it tightly and refrigerate overnight.
  5. The next day, set your oven to 425°F, allowing it to heat while you prepare the pan.
  6. Remove the bag from the fridge and carefully arrange all the marinated ingredients on a standard baking sheet, making sure to hold the juices in for maximum flavor.
  7. Spread the chicken and sausage in a single layer on the pan, and pour all of the delicious juices over everything.
  8. Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 50 minutes, turning the chicken and sausage after 30 minutes.
