  • 1/2 cup Mini Green Tapioca Pearls Substitute with other types of tapioca if desired.
For the Creamy Mixture
  • 1 cup Shredded Young Coconut Store-bought coconut works well too.
  • 1 can Condensed Milk Use coconut cream or almond milk for a lighter version.
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk Plant-based milk can be used for vegan alternatives.
  • 1 teaspoon Pandan Extract Substitute with vanilla extract if needed.
  • 1/2 cup Nestle Cream (Optional) Skip for a lighter dessert.

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by dissolving agar-agar in boiling water according to the package instructions. Once dissolved, let it cool until solidified, achieving the perfect base for your dessert.
  2. Boil a pot of water and add the mini green tapioca pearls. Stir them gently and cook for about 15 minutes or until they turn translucent. Strain and allow them to cool completely.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled tapioca pearls, shredded young coconut, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and pandan extract. If you decided on the optional Nestle cream for extra richness, add it now. Mix everything well until evenly combined.
  4. Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for at least 1 hour.
