Steps to Prepare
- In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones and stir gently until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove the pancakes and sprinkle them generously with cinnamon sugar.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
- Serve pancakes warm, stacked high.
